The bot does not update plugins

Hi,
the bot doesn't update any plugins.
If I select a single plugin, it says it's not in the list of plugins to update, but it's actually there.

if i update all plugins, the bot crashes

With the new update, it now updates some plugins, but on discord ice that has not been updated, but on the server console it is





It doesn't work for codefling plugins, however. The bot console prints the Discord link, which allows the file to be downloaded, but nothing happens on the server.

If I upload the plugin using the /upload_plugin command,
it updated the plugin, but the bot restarted.

Also, when he updated the TeamTracker plugin,
it loaded a Team_Tracker.cs file instead of TeamTracker.cs.
