Problem with incendiary rockets ?

My players report a problem with incendiary rockets and woorden bases. They don't seem to make damage to the raidable base but also won't stop burning forever. Also the base doesn't despawn properly, only after a complete server restart. Is this a known problem ?

heya, thats caused by another plugin. 

restart without tugme installed. he should have an update soon so keep an eye out. if not using tugme then youll still have to do the same with whatever plugin is causing it.
