YEah so, I fully went through and deleted all my NPC spawn related files and all the event plugins and configs and re made all the configs from default back to where they were and things are good, I think the issue was an old version and data of NPC config was being referenced - i would upload new versions but not delete the config and data - all events are working and the spam seems to be gone.
