API for third-party plugin

I would like to see a common interface for obtaining information about a player and a hook for a third-party plugin for alerts/bans

Hey! UI what for sir? All the information currently goes into the battlemetrics panel  Also what would you like to be exposed in the API?

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

I have a social rating system, and I want to subscribe to a plugin hook that will automatically penalize players who violate the group limit. The hook only requires the Steam ID and violation, and possibly a violation weight.
