TC is not protected

Tc is not protected anymore anyone can auth on other player tc an empty it or just lock it not everyone on pve servers locks their tc's

I have added the TC lootable by all so it enforce pve players to lock their tcs.

I will add a Loot rule in the next update if you want tc to be not lootable

yes please cause i have some players or they forget or they do not lock and others are stealing their sutff and leaving their bases to decay
