vip cooldowns/timers not working

Hi I got the plugin yesterday and the timers/cooldowns for the vips are not working the are the same as the default one and the default cooldown is not the same as what I have set it too, it should be 35 seconds but it seems to be stuck at 3 seconds. When I change the cooldown from 35 to 25 the cooldown changes to -19761 seconds

You're right in that the VIP cooldown was not actually taken into account - work in progress.  Unclear how this went so long unnoticed.  Will also take a look at the timer, which was definitely working as far as I knew.

another thing while testing is that players can set home on the ground is there a way to stop this and let them place a home anywhere in the base like roof celling?

The HomeRequireFoundation config set to false should allow that.  Actually, even if that's true it should allow both foundation and floor (ceiling).  What error(s) are they getting?

So there is no errors in the console or in chat when its  set to false but when it is set to false you can set a home on the ground/dirt etc when the foundations are set to true it says home cannot bet set here. It seems that if you are standing in the middle/between a celling piece it says the below error too and it also says home cannot be set here - with nothing else.

They need to be in the middle of the tile to set home with the foundation/floor check enabled.  If they are on a sleeping bag it may or may not work but that can make a difference.
