They worked for over a year, even after every wipe, but now they don't.

You mean that they didnt work even after wipe putting fuel and trying to start them up?
Weird, didn't had report like that and i was running it like that for a long time. But will do more checks today.

Seems to work for me on your config. I did clean wipe and quarries can be started,.

The config has remained unchanged for 12 months or more.

Don't know what i can say. Can't replicate this issue and everything seems to work for me. Maybe try to find some errors on console or something.

It's really hard for me to investigate that.
Maybe try without other plugins and check if it's fixed. It really shouldnt depend on any other plugin, but wonder what it can cause that.
