These files are just voice files, it's not critical, plugin is working

You have two options, download data files or disable voice phrases in config

can i see your config? most probably multiple bots are with same user id

похоже отвалился рандомайзер для внешности
можешь пока в конфиге вручную выставить айдишники для внешности ботов вместо 0
обновление сегодня будет
