Hi all , maybe you can help being I have asked a few places, 
So far I can not get it to work keep getting a time error an we have tried all kinds of things to fix it .
Any ideas?
Seems a few people having problems with this

The plugin has been rewritten in version 1.2.0 to use GMT offset numbers instead.
Please update your plugin and open a new ticket if you run into similar issue or others.
