Donating mod to friend

I bought this plugin years ago when building a server. I dont have the server anymore and would like my friend to use it on his server. I sent him the file and he is having trouble getting it working. Could it be that he didnt buy it and thats why it wont work for him. I dont have acess to his rcon or anything like that. 

heya, nah, he just doesn't have it setup correctly if it's not working. there's instructions in the documentation, but he needs to read the whole documentation and configure the plugin

I didnt think it was a issue because ive done it before with another friend, he gave me Armored train event. Thank you for confirming though.

I didn't say it was an issue, I said he didn't have it setup properly
