error loading plugin (carbon)

It gives this error when trying to load plugin

ArmoredTrain v1.8.3 by Adem hook 'OnServerInitialized' took longer than 100ms [143ms]

Try deleting the config and run the plugin.
I think the problem is the incorrect configuration of the plugin.
