Not sure what's wrong, everything in the config is configured correctly. I'll even walk up to a base and /ao will say the player is offline and STILL it's damageable.

Please try again with 1.2.0.

If it's still not working, please attach config file.

Also ensure that the `default` group has the offlineraidprotection.protect permission in Carbon/Oxide.
