Just delete the config and the plugin will create new one.

You can try text to the support of the site, but I do not agree to a refund.
I suggest you find out the reason and fix it.

What version of the plugin are you trying to upload on the server? Is carbon or oxide installed on the server?

Send screenshoot of /oxide/data/Images folder and oxide/data/ArmoredTrain folder

Send me the ArmoredTrain.cs file in private messages. it seems to me that you could have made changes there by accident.
