the permissions will not be deactivated after the time has elapsed

Hey .... For me is working just fine .
But can you explain me what is happening? 
Do players still got perm , do they still use perm or ?

Have you also tested it with a server restart to see if it still works after that?

All purchased rights remain valid for all players. There is no reset after the time expires.

Well for me is working fine ..but will test it again ... 

According to KA, your version only uses RAM and loses data every time the server or Windows is restarted.

I've spent several hours working on a modified CS file that seems to be working; maybe it will be helpful for you.
