Texture delay

Unfortunately, I've noticed that when I use this map, I'm constantly experiencing significant texture lag. It always takes a while for the textures to load. Since this doesn't just happen with skins, but also with standard objects, I've been told by MapSkinner that this plugin might be bugged. Because it's really annoying, I hope you can help me.

Remove this plugin, the map will work without it, but this has not been observed before. This plugin colors barricades and some carpets to create an atmosphere.

Unfortunately, that doesn't solve my problem. What am I doing wrong? I have the maximum server performance available. I don't understand why. I only experience this lag on this map. What can I do? Thanks for the answer, and I look forward to your next one.
