Helicopter doesn't spawn when signal is thrown

Having an issue where when the signal is thrown the helicopter never comes. can you help me sort this out?

Any error messages in the console? What dos it say in chat when u throw? You need to give me as much info as possible, I can’t help otherwise, simply saying it doesn’t come doesn’t help at all. 

Yeah sorry, you throw it the smoke comes out. The console doesn't seem to have errors, the chat message says there is such and such helicopter coming to whatever grid but never comes

Please upload your config or message it to me if you prefer

Ok, please be patient as I am currently working and cannot for some time

@ZEODE I have figured out my issue, Sorry for my really delayed response as I haven't had free to time look at my issue. I restarted the server and adjusted the config to the values I wanted and it works as intended. Sorry again.
