When you say to copy the files in does that literally mean all the little individual files?

Copy  the 2 files. You can't copy the files into the server, you can upload them in. Is that what you mean by copy the 2 folders from this package into the /oxide/ folder, also do I need raidable bases in my plugins file?

uploading or copying either way it just needs to be installed. yes, you need to install the plugin too
