tryed kill the server after saving having same problem

What exactly isn't working for you? I've checked it several times and it works for me. I don't know what to suggest, I've told you the steps that work for me.
Maybe you're doing something wrong, I need to see how you do this or that to figure out why it's not working for you. I suspect that your server is not patching correctly. So it would be great if you could check all your plugins for the phrase

 This issue was discussed in more detail here and it is not a bug in this plugin, but a consequence of another one.

SO  wich one we removed all the plugins and did not work the video i sent you was jy youre plugin that was loaded

Removed or unloaded? Cause that panel in the top left of your screen is a plug-in which was running on your server during your recording. Huge difference between unloading and removing/deleting.

ok so the plug in is not working for me , so youre telling me i will only be able to use ure plugin as the only plug in on my server this is bull shit i spent money on youre plugin and it doen not fucking work you wanted video i sent it you wanted files i sent them to you and  still youre asking shit no 1 i payed for the plugin you should look into it and see why it doesent work 2 i am not working for you as fualt finding assisstant every time you have an issu or come up with some bulshit excuse i

i even offered  that you give a nother plugin for the same money s worth but nothing now i just want my money back i am bussy i cantt come here every 2nd or 5th day and hope you respond

Do you have the most recent version? If you are still having problems, you might to check some of your other plug-ins. Also make sure the dependency customentities is updated.

I understand that you don't like this, but I can't help you if you refuse to cooperate. You have your own plugin build, and the plugins in it may affect each other in different ways. You can install the plugin on a clean server and make sure it works. I am asking you not because I have nothing else to do, but because it requires additional action on your part. I will repeat once again that you can install the plugin and its dependencies on a clean server and it will work, so this is only a problem in your case and with your plugin build, and not a general problem that I do not want to fix.

I would also like to note that not all messages were sent by the author, in case you didn't notice.
