can you try running npm update, The error about the message from another user, Have you changed the account or tokens the bot is running under? Did you try deleting the channel and making a new one for the the bot? I have not seen that before. these 2 errors are not the same.. Has this worked for you in the past and then stopped working or are you still trying to setup the initial Install?
