Plugin Not Working - "Unloaded plugin Convoy"

I just bought the convoy plugin, NPC Spawn is working, i have the images in the data folder. I tried deleting/re uploading the config file. but it still unloads when i try to start it, it unloads.

[Convoy] Move the contents of the data folder from the archive you downloaded from the website into the oxide/data folder on your server! An update: i was using Carbon and switched to Oxide and its working.
