How to install plugin

I purchased the plugin and downloaded, copied and pasted into file i created under oxide plugins.  restarted my server but nothing happened.  Is it supposed to create config file?  I don't understand how to install.  Please help.

Did you place it in the oxide/plugins directory but it still didn't load?

If that's the case, have you performed a server update recently? The server update might have rendered oxide itself unusable.

Please also describe the status of other plugins and the overall situation.

I use Pine Hosting for my server and don't do updates myself.  I did place it directly to the oxide/plugins section and it did not load.  Everything else is working as it should.

I figured it out... i created the file myself and left out .cs from the file name.  This time I added the file from my downloads instead of doing it manually.  Just restarted my server and it seems to be be creating the files as it should.  Thanks for your help.
