error zones

hello. i changed game mode to hardcore. and this error happens on console.
can you help me to find the problem? please

we have the same error and we are also in hc mode.
for us it is only the oilrigs not working, but beyond that we have not all mons active, just cargo and mil tunnel and these two work fine.
