Train cart health dropping

Hello I've received reports that the train carts health is dropping for its set health of 20000 down to 750 and I was wondering if you have any idea as to why that might be happening and if there is a way to fix it.

How long does it take for the health to drop, i've not noticed this before?

Not 100% sure about timing but I can try to narrow it down for you. But it is over 24 hours I believe from what has happened and unsure if it is happening on server restart.
