Trying to remove from server but markers dont go away

As my title refers. I purchased this thinking I needed it. I tried removing it from my server and now it wont unhook and I cannot remove the markers on the map even though its Uninstalled and it keeps replicating itself and reinstalling but wont delete. Please help! Also may I request a refundable I dont need this mod and will never use it

Server restart may help. I'll check what is wrong. Also I don't make any refunds.

I won't be using the plugin so it's pointless. This isn't right nor is it fair business practice, so it would only be right to refund me the amount. I also figured out the issue. I had to shut down my server and remove them through FTP

It doesn't matter if you use it or not, you got the file already.
