Ui notify did not display message when get item perk from looting barrel or crafting

Do you have Notify or UINotify installed?

They are different plugins.

Can you send me a screenshot of your plugins?

I have notify from codefling and can you made notify for legendary item perk

can you make seperate chances for normal item perk and legendary when recycling?
