Feature Request: Sell All Button

Hey David!

I was wondering if you would consider adding a nifty little feature to this already BAMF of a plugin!

Our players were curious as to if a [SELL ALL] button could be introduced? Even if it was a per-category basis. It would make the User Experience part of the plugin a lot easier by expediting the sellback process for our players who use the shop as their main economic tool.

Will do but to be completely honest with you, editor for shop items has priority right now. Once I'm done with that I'll look into sell all button.
