Installed plugin and reloaded and not working

i get this, commands in game do not work.

Please type the following commands into the server console and create a screenshot. 

o.reload MiningOutpostEvenet 
moestart

The screen shot I posted above is a screen shot after o.reload, also mostart in console shows nothing after being entered. 

i reloaded it, shows the same. 

The error is probably on your server. I tested it today. And I don't have any errors. I recommend reinstalling the server.

Well the plugin works, the event starts and works. Just the in game commands or in the console do not work. 

I tested it and it works for me.
