Importing skins not working

If I attempt to import a skin its says imported and saved but said skin is never in the box. The skins in question are my own created skins.  A friend who uses different skin plug in can get and use my skins so its not a workshop issue.  Am I missing something ?  Or has the changes  broken this plug in ?

3.0 seems to have fixed issue all skins showed up after update
