Failed to Call Hook

Hello, I posted a support request on Discord 28 hours ago but have not gotten a response. Welcome Panel is not opening when a player spawns. Here is the error:

Hey sorry but I'm not around 7 days a week, I do take weekends off so if you open ticket on Friday, there's a chance that you'll have to wait till Monday.

I loaded up the config you provided with in your discord ticket on my test server and I'm having no issues, WelcomePanel shows up after connecting. This seems like some weird edge case which is unique to your server which would require debugging on your server. I'm willing to help out, if you interested please follow up on discord since this would need me to send you modified plugin files. 

Changed Status from Pending to Can't Reproduce
