Include note about TC

A friendly request of the fallowing,

By default if the player has the permission, The code assumes the player can "Rotation & Demolition Enabled".

But in order to demolish, You need to have a TC active for the owner and auth in the protected area for "team/friends" .

I'm requesting a check be added for the TC/Building permission/owner to show "Rotation & Demolition Enabled"

If no TC "Rotation Enabled, Tool Cupboard Required For Demolition"

If TC and not auth. Show "Rotation Enabled, Tool Cupboard Authorization Required For Demolition"

This is more for for newer player to help them use the plugin better.

I've made changes to how the code handles enabling rotation & demolition.

Next update will have some additional functionality as well.
