Ferry Terminal Event

For some reason the helicopter does not come in. It looks like it will but stays in one spot,and the motorcycles don't come. Hostages are there and can get to the barge but that's it. Dogs are also present. I updated npc spawn. Worked before the wipe. Any suggestions. Npc Spawn is current.

Hello, how often does this happen? can you provide detailed server logs from the file from the moment when this happens? You can also provide a configuration file.
