Hello! There is a problem with the strength range 0-...

After restarting the plugin, the values 0 are replaced - the strength takes values, for example, 40-100, where 40 is the initial maximum strength that I set. It was 0-40, now it is 40-100. And this is the case with all items

In addition,  if I set 0-3, zero will be simply replaced by one.

Although my day's work has been reduced to nothing, I will hope that this will help to resolve the error. Everything was fine before restarting the server (I was getting both empty containers and broken items). Apparently, some kind of error occurs during server initialization. Please pay attention to this.
