Update Broke welcome screen, backup .json file gets overwritten

I updated from version 2.0.9 to 2.1.0 after doing so my welcome info screen config was restored to default. When I restore my backup WelcomeController.json file into the carbon/config directory overwritting the old file I can verify that the old file with all of the configuration lines are restored. If I restart the mod the WelcomeController.json file in the config directory gets overwritten to the default file. How do I restore my configuration file and get my welcome screen back like it was?

the config format changed between his las 2 versions.. the panel in inside now.. If you want to send me your config i can take a look at converting it for you
