not giving points

Hi the plugin was working perfectly but all of a sudden its not giving points any idea what could be causing this

These are errors from the NPCShop plugin, UltimateLeaderboard has nothing to do with it

sorry ignore the attachment that was carried over from a previous conversation. but do you know why all of a sudden the points are no longer calculating it was working perfectly and it just stopped. all of the stats are still adding up but the points on the top 10 are not.

1. Check your "Loot Settings" configuration - make sure "Enabled" is set to true. If it's disabled, no points will be calculated even though stats are still being tracked.

2. Verify that your loot items have scores assigned in the "Loot Settings > Loot" section. If all items have 0 score, players won't earn any points despite their actions being tracked.

3. Try enabling "Debug Stats" in your configuration to see if stats are being updated in the console. This will help identify if the issue is with tracking or point calculation.

4. Check if your loot configuration has the correct item names and loot types. If items aren't properly configured, they won't award points even though the actions are being recorded.

5. Restart the plugin to reload the loot score cache. Sometimes the point calculation cache needs to be refreshed after configuration changes.
