Not working? :-(

Hey,

so two things:

did a testbuild that worked. Only foundatiopns in both directions worked without any issiue.
Players tried it in their base. The Screenshot with the Planters. But it dont work.

They have:

betterhopper.use and betterhopper.vip2

this is the config:

what can cause this issiue?

I also placed a hopper on their base. But still the same it dont work
