Setting "Exclude Zone IDs From Rules" to false makes barrels indestructible in areas with zones such as monuments.
Please fix this.

It also stops bleeding from attacks by NPCs.
Please fix this as well.

Also, fall damage for Pogo and other items will no longer be taken. I would like to see damage taken normally again.
All of these work fine with SimplePVE disabled.
