Hooks

Hello, in version 3.0.0 you added the hooks OnRestartScheduled and OnRestartCancelled. Unfortunately, they don't work as expected.
OnRestartScheduled is triggered immediately when a restart timer is set, which causes the status bar to be shown permanently, even if the restart is more than 20 hours away.
What’s needed is a hook that fires 30 or 60 minutes before the restart, a hook that can be used as a trigger to display a countdown UI before the restart, similar to the default OnServerRestart hook.
Also, OnRestartCancelled should only fire when this countdown is cancelled.
