The number of admins is counted

Recently, I noticed that the number of admins was being counted as the number of people online when using a vanilla-based system with few plugins.

The configuration file is as follows.
Have you made any changes?

Here a little mistake in naming. It must be called Don't count admins, so just set it to true please

I have confirmed that the above settings work correctly.
