total bonus no longer adding up

What is the "Perk modifier cap" set to for both of those?

i was working before messing about with i had it up to 1000 Heli damage do i have to keep it below 100% I'm only using the item perk legendary plugin, item perks is loaded but 0% to drop as I'm using epic loot.

any idea what why it could be

It's working fine for me. What happens if you reset both plugins back to default config/lang files?

i will try this now 

 i reset both plugins back to default config/lang files and this didnt work i also delete all data/config/plugin and its still doing it could this be down to also using epic loot 

i fixed it mate 

one more question though how do i stop or can i stop legendary items been able to be enhanced with epic loot equipment enhancer.

What was the issue?

i was using the ip command as a custom button and had the permission itemperk.use turned off for some reason, but it still showed the Hud using the command so I didn't think of checking it.
