Reposition Health Bar

Is there a way to move the position of the health bar, say to like just above the toolbar instead of having it in the middle of the screen?

I figured it out by changing the Panel Background Anchor Min and Max

Hi , as You said exactly . The rust have its system where left bottom is 0, 0 and right top corner is 1, 1 . So You just have to fiddle around a bit .
