What time zone is it set for and can we change it? if not can that be added?

It's saved as DateTime.UtcNow. So 1AM EDT would show up as 5:00:00 (EDT is UTC -4).

I'll see about a config option. I'll still save the files on disk as UTC to keep them backward-compatible, but I can just update the UI to reflect whatever localized timezone you want.

This is now configurable in the latest update (25.7.7346)
