Please go to line 1929 and change "quit" for "restart 1" and let me know if that helps

Now it works. Is it normal that only the players are kicked out and the server doesn't restart?

Nope, not normal. It should pass the "restart" command that is a rust built in command can you show me a picture of your console?

I tried it again, and now I just get the message that it's rebooting, but nothing happens. The console shows what I'm sending in the image.

Can you please tell me what I need to type into the console to get admin rights for the restart? I can do it using F1 on the console, but when I try to type the commands into the chat, it always says "You don't have admin rights."

Hello sir! After checking on investigating and seeing other plugins codes, Restart plugins cannot re-launch windows servers after it was shutdown, because it is not possible. You will need an external solution to that. Maybe https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Task_Scheduler or RSMhttps://www.rustservermanager.com/ ! Something like that.
