Noticing -10 to -15 server fps whenever I load this plugin

Noticing -10 to -15 server fps whenever I load this plugin. Is it possible ton add a Sleep option whenever a player isn't nearby? So the boat and the scientists go fully asleep and only wake up when a player comes within range? I think this could greatly help performance.

Okay noted thats good to know, maybe I'll try to add less of the Water Patrols because I unload the plugin and see a big fps increase then load and see for drain on the server. Maybe less of them will help
