How can I replace the logo on the top left? Thanks in advance.

Hey, go to oxide/data/welcomepanel/cuiData.json

you will find this

the logo that is in the original, what size is it?

Does the background image have to be in jpg format or can it be in png format?

can be jpg or png but it has to be within ImageLibrary file size limit, i think its around 1-2mb.
