Convoy Looted Immediately After Spawn

I am having an issue where the convoy spawns and drives a little bit then the looted message appears in chat before anyone has done anything to it and the timer starts at 4 minutes and the event despawns.

The locked crate is also missing entirely.

we noticed this in console when it happened the last time:

06/23 01:56:20 | [Convoy] assets/prefabs/deployable/chinooklockedcrate/codelockedhackablecrate.prefab preset was not found in the config!
