i update the the Hud panel, but all the icons is gone,  i try to reload with a new link to show the icones is just 1 show up, not all. I have tried to do all, but is not working.

Try to load imgaes to your own hosting. I think your hosting have bad internet connection with hosting where i host images.

Im having the same issues that started today

I'm using dropbox and other plugins are working fine its just Hud
