Multiple Players Using Signal

When multiple players use the comet supply signal item only one works and others calla a normal supply.signal drop i reduce cooldown to cero and tried again but same problem

It can be used by all players at once, just make.sure you are throwing the signal with the left mouse button, it does not work.with the right one.
