Basement Hatch with KeyLock

If a keylock is placed on inside hatch, you can essentially lock a player into your basement.


Confirmed industrial piping doesn't connect to above ground build. Water and Elec work l great

I personally thought it was funny that you can lock people in basements , however, I do see why you might not want people to do that. 

I can add it as a config setting to place a lock on the corresponding hatch if one is placed on one side.
