Requires a steam id, not name.

Paste me exactly what command is being used please, including the id and quantity. Add it in code tags.

It's working fine. There is an error that pops up if the parameters are invalid (which is the error you are seeing).

Also, were you running this from the server console? This version requires it run via console or it won't work. Will be changing that next release.
