npc spawning at wrong point at launch site

how do i go about moving the floating npc at launch site to the tower next to him i noticed this hapend when train tunnels was added but still have not bin fixed and im not shore how i would go about doing it as im using comands but its saying the spawn location for the npc dosent exist

You could also just grab a fresh file from the site and replace the launch site, the files are updated over time but some things have moved on different monuments and their locations need to be updated over time.

i donloaded a fresh install of the plugin and its the same point it spawns the gut on the latest version which is why im asking how i move the guy because the chane to launch site mappened agaes ago and the mod has not bin updated on here to sopport that as of yet and yes when i installed the latest version it was onto a clean server so it was a fresh install install of all files which is why id like to know how to move his spawn point as its only one npc thats out of place please and thanks

Replace the data files, not just the plugin. You really only need to replace the one file actually for Launch Site.

I came here searching for this same thing.  I was going to manually update the location within the Launch Site file for this wipe but since this has occurred for a few wipes now I wanted to see if I could remedy it for future wipes automatically.

When you say grab the launch site file, from where are you speaking?  Downloading the file again and replacing it in the monuments Data folder?
The file I have there is from the most recent BetterNPC update in May, which is when the issue started.

yes re downloading the hole better npc plugin after whiping all better npc data from my server then fresh installing all new files its pritty simple and still the same issue persits i dont get how thats hard to understand when you stated to download the new lauchsite data file which ni have done several times through downloading the latest version of better npc to only have the same issue .

It isn't hard to understand but I haven't gotten multiple reports of it so I assumed that it was one of the NPCs that had been moved or removed in the past.

thats the one that ive screanshot like 3/4 times now explaining its in the wrong place and asked how do i move this npc and not goten a straight answer just multiple questioning back 

even though ive removed and re-downloaded all the files fresh and installed the latest up to date one still no change which is why ive asked this multiple times 

@Mirdonyou probaly wont get a responce back or will be told like me are you on the most up to date version and can you completelt remove all better npc files and re dowload all the Plugin files fresh again so its up to date to only have the same issue and not know how to fix it iether that or just flat out be ignored thats the experiance ive had trying to fix this issue anyway.
